Jonah Spiegelman is a cross-border tax and estate planning lawyer who helps individuals and families navigate the complex legal and tax issues that come with having ties to both Canada and the United States. He has years of experience advising clients on everything from estate planning and trusts to business structures.  A particular focus recently has been residency and migration planning.

 

Before joining our firm, Jonah lead the international tax practice at a regional firm in Vancouver, and ran his own boutique practice focused on helping high-net-worth clients with cross-border planning, U.S. tax compliance, and estate administration. He takes pride in offering practical, clear advice that’s tailored to each client’s unique situation

 

Jonah is a licensed attorney in British Columbia and California, and holds degrees from the University of British Columbia (J.D. & M.A.) as well as the University of Oregon (B.Sc.).
